Really it's more geared towards offhands/shields, not weapons.

I got this a couple days ago.

I actually am trying to find a very low tatics shield to get a higher than 8 armor bonus for a warrior secondary (like a mo/w with a few extra points into tatics for armor bonus).

i think the guy was saying, with only 7 in the weapon att, a r7 weapon will deal more damage than r12

actually i dont NM it much. wasnt sure if i had a SS of that daggers or not. but heres another item i got in just 5 runs of it a little bit ago not max but atleast your getting the idea of how to find them

You're farming HM raptors in the chance of a max req7 inscript item dropping?

Don't see it happening, but if it does thats a easy few million (depending on skin of course)

NO as HM will not drop q7. I said that in my first post in this thread, sorry if i confused you there. I will post for you again the clues.

1. They will not drop in HM
2. They will not drop from creatures higher than lvl 20, lvl 19 is the cut off point for q7
3. They will not drop from creatures lower than lvl 14, lvl 15 is the cut of before not getting max damage.

So that gives you the range of lvl 15 - lvl 19. The closer you get to lvl 19 creatures the higher chance they will be max damage however the lower the chance for them to be q7.

The biggest reason why they are so rare is that most people are not farming in the areas that meet those requirements.

Look at when everyone said that q7 stopped dropping when factions was released wasnt till people really started to farm the vermin (lvl 18) that they started to show up again.

I like how you bitch about people wanting their hands held, then give all these "tips" to getting a max req 7, yet you still won't PROVE that you have one yourself, which has NOTHING to do with "holding people's hands." Give us some PROOF.

How about you take what I wrote and find you own proof. I gave you and others more than enough to find ur own proof cause quite frankly it wouldnt matter if i did post 100 SS of them. people would then claim they were faked.

Chances for getting a max req.7 post NF are the same as chances for a max req.6 before NF - none of them exist.

Ummm, I saw a Suntouched spear a while back that was req7 max, insc gold. I vaguely remember a paragon in Yohlon Haven I was questing with having it. I am sure it was max, gold and req7. So I guess they do exist, or maybe they DID exist, but maybe not now? I really think we should stop guessing.

I gave more than enough clues for you and others to go and get your own proof. If I actually cared, yeah, I'd do that. But that's not my motivation. My motivation is to make a spectacle of people like you who try to get attention by pretending to have some amazing piece of evidence and then get pissed off when someone calls them on it.

Not only that would be the only 1 max inscr. req.7 but also a spear! As of now not a single one max dmg req.8 spear has surfaced, not even a blue. And you talk about req.7...
